A few weeks back, & I am normally pretty good at resisting, but this time I went a little ham on the add to cart button!  However, since they offer free shipping & free returns, I figured I had nothing to lose and snagged a bunch of awesome pieces.

Bonus: if you’re Canadian, like me, they’ll include the duty up front, if you’d like, and reimburse upon return, versus getting a surprise at the door and then having to submit that invoice if you do make return.

So with that said, as promised, I’ve tried everything on, styled it and am sharing with you today all the details on sizing and more.  Some pieces are from my own closet, but I’m linking them as well, so let’s jump in.

 |    |    |  GUCCI SUNGLASSES  — OLD

(large)  |  This dress runs super long, and I ordered it in a size large because they didn’t have a medium left.  I would say it was a good fit, but a medium would have been even better.  As a tall girl, it’s super rare to find maxis that are long enough on my 5’11 frame but this was dragging on the floor in heels!

 |  I’ve had this necklace for a few years, actually, and wear it every few days.  It was a gift from a friend for my 30th birthday and I love it.  I didn’t snag it during the sale, but since it will show up in quite a few of these photos, I wanted to link it for you girls.

 |  WHITE DENIM JACKET — OLD ()  |  DARK DENIM JACKET — OLD ()  |    |    | |  |

(medium)  |  It was instantly love when I opened up this top–the fabric is thick and great quality, and the medium was a perfect fit.  I am so not a red girl, but do struggle every Canada Day (so you can guess what I’ll be wearing this year!) and loved the idea of adding the pop of colour to my wardrobe.  There is a built in bra in the tank and although I’m slightly larger on top, I preferred to go braless with this one and still felt secure.

(29)  |  The winner of all white pants!  I’d been on the hunt for white distressed skinnies and finally pulled the trigger on these ones.  I sized down to a 29 and they are snug but loosen up a little with wear.  Since I’m taller, I find the distressing doesn’t really line up to my knees, it’s above, but I don’t mind.  I love that they aren’t cropped and they are a really comfortable, stretchy fabric.

(30) |  See next photos below for my full review.

(9.5) |  These shoes didn’t come from the sale but I recently ordered them and love them.  I wore them and will be wearing them all. the. time. come Spring.  I sized down a half size to a 9.5.

(small)  |  This piece wasn’t part of the sale, but you girls know my love for it.  I wear it weekly and have it in four colours.  Size down, I went with a small, as it runs a little big.

(30)  |   These are the jeans I had been coveting forever, bought that I thought would be the same, but the fabric was off and I didn’t like them (they stretched out so bad immediately).  These ones are definitely a thicker, denim fabric with stretch but I didn’t love them after all.  I went with my normal size 30 and they fit well and snug.

(10)  |  These shoes are so comfortable!  I shared them on Insta-stories and Snapchat and pranced around the house in them in private.  The leather is soft but structured and they were easy to slide on and off.  I went with my usual size 10 and it was a perfect fit.

(3)  |  This wasn’t a piece I picked up during the sale, but it is one of my favourite t-shirts.  I wear a size 3 and it’s roomy but still a slim fit.

(10)  |  Unfortunately this skirt has sold out, but it was really cute.  It’s a bit of an a-line with a hidden half zip in the back.  It’s real leather but I ordered a size 10 (wearing) and should have went with an 8; it was a little too roomy in the waist.

(large)  |  I was so excited for this one-piece, like, maybe the most excited for this of the entire order, and it just didn’t work out.  One-pieces are pretty hit or miss when you’re on the tall side, and even though I went with a large, it wasn’t long enough in the body.  I would say the brand runs on the smaller side, so at least I would know to order a size up in bikinis for future

ARDENE SWEATER — OLD  |  |  |    |  |  |

 (30)  |  I have one pair of these shorts in white already, and really hoped if I sized up, I would love them even more, but alas I did not.  The shorts are really tiny in the front, and I do not have a thigh-gap so don’t find these all that flattering, TBH.  If you have wider set hips, these would be so perfect on you!

 |  |  |  CELINE BAG

(29)  |  I absolutely didn’t like these white skinnies from the minute I put them on.  They are a thinner fabric with a ton of stretch, but they just didn’t flatter me at all.  I went one size down to a 29 (I find AG runs a little roomy) and they fit, however, I felt self-conscious about how everything looked; the cropped length wasn’t flattering on me and you could see the seams on the sides of the legs.  Returning!

(10)  |  These wedges were uber comfy out the box but there isn’t a ton of support in the heel.  I would say they run true to size as I ordered a 10 and loved them.  They have a rubber sole, and are easy to walk in.  My only qualm is they do flop when you’re on the move due to the lack of heel support and since they are a white fabric, they would show the dirt instantly.  The would be super cute.

 | |  JACOB TEE — OLD   |  |  |  CELINE BAG  |

(30)  |  I was looking for a non-cropped pair of black skinnies and these ones are cute.  The fabric is a jet black with a tiny sheen, they are stretchy and quite comfortable.  I ordered my regular size 30, but think I could have fit into a 29 since the waistband was gapping a little at the back (which never happens to me).  They are more of a mid-rise, which I like, but I found the ankles aren’t super snug fitting.

(small)  |  I snagged this jacket last summer and wore it a ton, but can’t wait to pull it out this spring as soon as it gets a little warmer.  As always, the brand tends to run large, so I sized down to a small.

(medium)  |  This top was no bueno on me and although it looks amazing on the model, it’s super cropped and shows your entire stomach (hence the strategic bag-hold-move).  I went with a medium, but it was pretty snug so maybe you need to size up.  If you’re tiny in the waist, this would be gorgeous on you with some high-waisted denim or trousers.

(medium)  |  I love this dress and bought it to specifically wear with over the knee boots, as seen above.  I went with a medium and it was a slightly boxier fit, which I loved–makes pairing with OTK boots less over the top, if you know what I mean.  The fabric is a bouclĂ© and the sleeves are quite long which I love.  It also comes in a pretty tan colour.

 |  F21 TEE — OLD  |    |  |  |   |

(29)  |  I had to share these distressed white skinnies again, as another outfit option because they are so dang good!  I will be wearing these a ton this summer, dressed up and down.  They remind me of my favourite Rag & Bone skinnies (the dark denim ones you see me wearing all the time).  They are stretchy and comfy; size down as they run a little big.

 |  |  |  H&M FRINGE BAG — OLD

(large)  |  This romper was super cute, but wasn’t the best fit on me.  I went with a large, since I usually have to size up for length, but then it was a little too roomy in the body.  The straps are made from a thin rope-style with cute tassels on the end, so it’s adjustable which is great.  The waistband is elastic in the back, so there is no zipper.  Also, there is a hook & eye closure in the front to give you some added coverage.

(large)  |  I love this bikini top but had to size up because sizes were limited when I was ordering.  I found it a little roomy, but since it keeps the girls covered, you could easily get away with it.  The fabric is super soft and I love that although it was an off-shoulder style, it didn’t dig into my arms.  Marco started doing a salsa dance when I put it on for him (haha).

(30)  |  My new favourite jeans!  I seriously feel like I’ve been searching / waiting to pull the trigger on the perfect distressed black skinnies and I’ve finally found them!  These are the Rag & Bone skinnies () and that is because they are the ‘TECH‘ fabric–super stretchy, faux front pockets and just hug the body like no other.  If you like a stretchy denim, these are for you!  I went with my usual size 30 and they’re perfect.

These were actually a last minute decision to order along with the original ones I showed above, and I’m so glad I did!  I have already worn them three times in a week (eep!) and know I’ll easily get my money’s worth.

Also, this was the last outfit I shot and we were running out the door late to my birthday dinner with my family.  I threw this on for the actual dinner (swapped in boots, though) and didn’t realize I had photographed the similar black Rag & Bone jeans with the same top!  Oops.  However, I have two real outfit posts coming soon with these jeans with completely different pieces, so stay tuned.
