“Fridays” are always enjoyable: the last working day of a 9-to-5’er, the possibility of staying up late with no repercussions and of course, breaking out a more casual lineup. Since it was a short week this week, I broke out the jeans for the last day of this week, Thursday. As posted yesterday, I hurt my back. Well today I went and got a massage, and while that was great, of course, now I’m feeling the consequences. I feel stiffer and more sore all over… small pain for large gain (and no pain tomorrow … or Sunday … hopefully!). Have a great weekend!
