Something happened. While at the gym yesterday, I hurt my back lifting. Not exactly sure where I went wrong, but it’s still hurting. Not good. Clearly, you cannot tell I’m in discomfort (here) as I’m getting my pose-on in these pictures, but rest assured, it’s not fun. Fortunately, my sister insisted we go hot tubbing at our parent’s house, which was exactly what I needed… and I’m sure an extra long weekend with rest and lots of chocolate should cure it… and perhaps be what the Doctor would prescribe.
