I took a trip this past weekend to Toronto to visit my very best friend. She moved there just over two months ago, and while it’s for a great reason, it sucks being apart. This is my first time visiting her, and she has been back home three times (but I only saw her one of those times) since her move. I left on Thursday (Remembrance Day) and took the train. It was so fantastic having an extra long weekend and spending it with her. Her place is awesome and located in a great hub within walking distance to great shops, restaurants, etc. We ate out every night, did a ton of shopping, went dancing Friday and Saturday and had an amazing time together. It’s nice to be home, but I miss her already, and am counting down the days till Christmas holidays when she’s back here.
