…sunscreen! I apply sunscreen every day to my face and neck, year round. This is something I’ve been doing for almost eight years and I think it’s starting to pay off now that I’m in my thirties.
I used to love tanning and having colour but ultimately, unless I’m baking myself in a bed, I’ve come to the accept my fair skin is not meant to be that tanned. Additionally, my face hardly tans at all so all that sun damage is worthless (so I’ll just use some foundation and a bronzer to get that glow I’m coveting).
