Hey girls, just wanted to hop on quick and share some snaps from the weekend. A girls dinner on Friday night and a visit from Marco’s Mom on Sunday to see our new place were really the highlights.

Lounging on the couch between unpacking some boxes. I finally started on my office and am typing from my desktop! It’s finally made it’s way out of the box, two weeks later, and I put my desk together. I put a real good dent in the office, but it still looks al little disastrous with things all over the floor. I shared some of it while I was unpacking yesterday on Instastories.
And below, a clean bathroom! Honestly, the counters never look like that unless people are coming over! I’m also on the hunt for a a chic soap dispenser because we are currently using this pineapple soap dish, and it’s seen better days! I want something I can leave out on the counter, that’s neutral and heavy weighted. We have a really pretty square marble one I snagged at Home Sense years ago, but wanted it for guests in the main level bathroom.

We hit up T&T Asian Supermarket while Marco’s Mom and Aunt were here and got some fresh steamed buns! We rarely go there, but they don’t have one where they live, so off we went. It’s always mad chaos in there but such cool items to see and choose from.
The hangers are a recent buy from Home Sense but I found the identical ones here–and they come in various colours and metals! I’ve set up my rolling rack in my office to display new items I want to share on the blog and wear in real life and try to keep some organization going. Since I use regular, white plastic hangers in my current closet, I thought these would be prettier and a little more special since they’ll be “on display”. I have this rolling rack and used to have three of them in my small apartment when I lived on my own. I used them for additional closet space, and when Marco and I moved in together, I sold two, and kept one stored away in my parent’s basement until we had more space again. Well, the day has come and I assembled it yesterday and am looking forward to putting it to good use again.
