Valentine’s Day is just around the corner so today I’m sharing a little outfit inspo for the day of love.

I’m obsessed with this off shoulder ruffle top, which is now on sale, and have been taking advantage of every opportunity to wear it.  I love how the long sleeves keep you covered but the off shoulder ruffle adds some sexiness to it.

The worst part about Valentine’s Day around these parts is definitely the weather–it’s frigid!  It’s hard to know how to dress, so I’m totally into wearing a longer coat for added warmth, especially if you’re wearing a skirt.  This colour blocked coat is a budget friendly piece but actually so stunning in person; a perfect statement topper that is still fairly classic and will wear well for the next couple of years.  I steamed mine after it arrived to help get it a little more crisp looking.  I styled mine for a date night out, but I also love how they styled it on the model on their site–so chic.

The top is now on sale and like I mentioned above, I’ve been wearing it a ton–for weekend dinners out with high-waisted jeans and more dressed up tucked into skirts.  It does runs a little big, so if you’re looking for a snug fit, I would size down (I’m wearing a small).  Also, it’s a little on the shorter side, so it wouldn’t really work with a lower rise pant.

Are you girls into Valentine’s Day?  Marco isn’t a huge fan but still manages to pull out some sort of sweetness to cater to me, but in all honesty, I’m happy staying home together.  I mean, if I came home to a clean kitchen, that wouldn’t hurt either 😉
