Happy Friday ladies! How has your week been?
V excited for the weekend, we are throwing my mom a big birthday party tomorrow at our place and then zipping off to our friend’s big birthday party that evening. It’s going to be a busy, fun-filled long weekend, and I’m so glad it’s here.

Today’s outfit is effortless but not sloppy. These peep-toe booties have been a staple in my closet for almost three years and I have quickly gotten my money’s worth. They are so good with skinny pants & leather leggings, plus the chunkier heel is great for walking around for long periods of time–case in point, I went shopping after we took these photos. Definitely a great purchase for spring if you’re looking for something to dress up jeans and a tee without being over the top nor teetering around in a little heel.
I started a new series on Netflix this week, Imposter. Have you seen it? My sister recommended it and it’s so good!! I was hooked after just the first episode. You know it’s good when… 😉 Also, if you’re in North American, will you be getting up extra early to catch the Royal Wedding? I’m actually really excited for it, which has surprised me, but I’m not sure I’ll be getting up at 7am to watch… if I wake up naturally, I will, but setting an alarm on the weekends so isn’t my speed.
