Hi ladies, it’s been a few days and if you watched my morning walk on Instastories on Monday, I explained why there wasn’t any weekend recap this week. Essentially I hadn’t much to share except a few meals but I’m putting together a Recent Eats post in the meantime because it’s been a while since we’ve done one.
Today’s outfit is with this adorable top I recently picked up–it’s so comfortable! The v is pretty deep, so it’s more of a weekend top but I love the long wrap ties which could be tied in the front or the back. We have our annual crab boil this weekend and I’m thinking this top is probably a perfect fit!

I know I keep wearing these shoes but they are my faves and while I can’t find them online any longer, I’ve linked to something similar. I usually buy a new summer heel each year that become my go-to and these are from last year and still my faves. I don’t want to spend on any summer footwear since these are still in great shape and heavy rotation 😉 Plus, August.
In other news, I’m probably due for a wedding update post so I’ll work on putting one together. We are two and a half months away and I’m now getting excited. It’s definitely been a consumer and stressful time, but after seeing a friend’s wedding on Instastories over the weekend, it really got me excited for what’s to come. Just need to finalize the last vendors and details so we can have a great day.
I’d write more but I’m so zonked. My bestie was over a couple nights ago and we were up till the wee hours of the morning finishing up the invites and then just girl chat. It was a great night but I’m totally paying for it now! I’m about to head to bed and try and catch up. Hope you all have a great day! xo
