STYLING A LOGO TEE

We’re having a heat wave  over here and I’m not mad about it!  Truly been loving the crisp fall weather but when I left the gym last night after 9pm wearing just a tank top & it felt like summer?  Yes!  I’ll take it!

Also, secretly hoping this baby heat wave helps keep the leaves on the trees a little longer for our wedding backdrop and so we aren’t freezing our buns off, since the ceremony will be outside.

Don’t mind my splotchy spray tan–this was probably day four or five so we’re getting a little worn off at this point 😛

O U T F I T  D E T A I L S  :  ARDENE TEE — OLD (SIMILAR)  |  SUNGLASSES  |  H&M JEANS (SIMILAR)  |  ANKLE WRAP HEELS  |  BAG

Logo and band tees are everywhere this season and I love the look of something so casual being elevated into a more stylish, and even dressed up way.  I simply paired mine with some girlfriend style jeans but instead of throwing on sneakers (which would work), it’s much more stylish to pair with heels.  I’ll admit, when I first put on heels with these kind-of-baggy jeans, I kind of felt weird… but seeing these pictures makes me love the look (weird how that happens!).  I’ve also seen tons of girls pairing their more straight legged jeans with heels and I’m really drawn to it–another surefire way to know it looks good.

Another option to pair your logo tee is with a short mini skirt–love the look of leather–and a pair of sneakers or some Docs or pointed toe ankle boots with buckles and a block heel.  A logo tee also looks great under a leather jacket and chunky scarf, so don’t be afraid to layer up your look when it is colder.
